LoanMachine text messages
Updated October 15, 2026
Loan officers use LoanMachine (operated by Elevenx2 LLC) to send text messages to borrowers who asked for them. This page shows exactly how a borrower opts in, what the texts look like, and how to stop them. Borrowers are never texted unless they text first or tick the text box themselves.
The LoanMachine support line, (877) 788-0170
How you opt in. You text LoanMachine first. The number is published on loanmachine.ai, and anyone who texts it asks us to text back. We reply to your question and nothing else: no offers, no marketing, no lists. Texting START to this number after STOP also opts you back in.
These are the automatic replies. Each one names LoanMachine:
- LoanMachine: This is our support line. To get updates from a loan officer you work with, text JOIN to the number on its card. Reply with your question here. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.
- LoanMachine: Help is at support@loanmachine.ai or text (877) 788-0170. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply.
- LoanMachine: You're unsubscribed and won't get more texts from this number. Reply START to rejoin.
- LoanMachine: You're back on. Text your question to this number any time. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.
Account verification texts
Owners can request a one-time signup or sign-in code by text. Codes are sent through Telnyx Verify, so the text may arrive from a Telnyx verification number rather than (877) 788-0170. At signup, the owner enters their email and mobile number and checks the unticked consent box below before selecting “Text me a code”. Sign-in texts go only to the verified phone already linked to the account. Email codes remain available. These are requested account codes, never marketing.
Sample: LoanMachine: your sign-in code is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
One text per request; up to three codes per hour. This additional use does not change the support replies above. Texting terms.
How borrowers opt in to a business's texts
Option 1: text JOIN. Text the word JOIN to the business's texting number. The number is printed on your business card, flyer and thank-you card.

Text JOIN to the business's texting number
for LoanMachine loan check-ins and education from your loan officer
Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Option 2: the borrower join form. The business's borrower join form shows a separate text-messages checkbox that is not pre-ticked, and only to a borrower who opened it from the personal link we text back after they texted JOIN (so the box is tied to that borrower's own phone). Texts are optional and not required to join or to book. The checkbox reads:
Under the form: Text messages from LoanMachine: Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
The time, wording and page version are saved with each opt-in.
